Ladies, you've entered the most exclusive country club in town featuring my new and first collection for Buck Stone Country 2025. I've been developing this project quietly in the background since 2024, and it's something I am incredibly proud of. All of the clothing has been designed by me, Melissa, here in Derbyshire whilst being manufactured to the highest standards using fabrics personally chosen by myself. My objective is to provide luxury, and well produced products at an affordable cost meaning anyone can look well dressed and smart in the outdoors. I will continue to add to this collection throughout the duration of the year to bring you some of the finest classic cut, elegant, capsule wardrobe investments inspired by my beautiful home town of Buxton, in Derbyshire. ​ This attire will be timeless, meaning, I will always have it in my shop, keeping my inventory small, but quintessential for the country lifestyle.

The
Georgiana
- Shooting Dress -
Our first design is a classic dress coat, the Georgiana shooting dress. With strong lines and sharp cuts perfectly crafted on a classic A-line for the mini or the full skirt dress shape for the midi, it's the perfect smart attire for country sports, out door activities, the races or a day out to your favourite part of the countryside. And it's a dress with real pockets - we think that's essential!

My Inspiration
The Georgiana is named after the Duchess of Devonshire, Georgiana Spencer, the wife of the 5th Duke of Devonshire, William Cavendish who was instrumental in creating the town of Buxton. The Duchess, Georgiana was a beautiful, strong, fearless woman and I wanted the dress to encapsulate those qualities.
